The Soglowek meat company on Sunday said that following testing, it fears that a small portion of its packaged pastrami products were not prepared to last for the duration of their printed shelf life. The products were being recalled by the producer.

The affected products were beef pastrami packaged in 120 gram, 150 gram, 300 and 330 gram portions, (up to production code number 1364). Despite the recall, the company stressed that its other products were of sound quality.
