The state attorney on Wednesday told the High Court of Justice that it should reject the electoral commission's disqualification of Balad MK Haneen Zoabi and reinstate her to be able to run in upcoming elections.

The court will hear Zoabi's petition on Thursday with a panel of 9 justices, presided over by Supreme Court President Asher D. Grunis.
