Polish authorities have arrested an Israeli man suspected of being a Mossad agent who helped in the assassination of Hamas terrorist Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai earlier this year, German newspaper Der Spiegel reports.

According to the report, quoted by the AFP news agency, Uri Brodsky was arrested in early June upon arrival at Warsaw's airport following a request by German authorities. These came to believe that Brodsky had helped one of the members of the Dubai assassination squad acquire a fake German passport in June 2009, which he used to enter the Arab emirate.
