Interior Minister Eli Yishai announced Sunday that there will not be a change to the move to Standard Time a week after Yom Kippur.Yishai said that in order for a change to take place a legislative procedure would need to take place and he has no objection to that, however carrying out the procedure is not possible in such a short space of time.Earlier on Sunday Yishai considered returning to Standard Time a week after Yom Kippur.Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends in two weeks on September 12, before Yom Kippur, moving the clock back by an hour.
