Pe'er reaches semi-finals in Dubai

A day after Shahar Pe'er stunned world #3 Caroline Wozniacki, Israel's top tennis player reached another milestone in her career on Thursday by making it to the semi-finals of the lucrative Barclays Tennis Championship in Dubai.

Her opponent, Na Li of China, retired in the middle of the second set with Pe'er leading 7:5, 3:0.

Pe'er will play either Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova of Russia or American Venus Willimas in the semi-finals.
