Ahmadinejad says most of the world supports Iran's nuke program

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Tuesday claimed that the majority of the world supports Iran's nuclear program - despite the US-led drive to impose more sanctions on the Persian nation over its uranium enrichment. According to a report on the Web site of Iran's National Public Radio, Ahmadinejad claimed the "people of the world - the majority actually - support our stand." Ahmadinejad also said the West's policy toward Iran was at the root of the confrontation. He claimed the United States and its allies "believe they own the world" and "want to interfere in anything that goes on in the world."
