"The process of filing a complaint after collecting evidence and documentation has begun and is being followed up," the Iranian government spokeswoman told reporters.
“As a country where the Hormuz is part of its territorial waters, we will definitely charge service fees,” an official said, denying such charges were a toll.

The current Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei was one of the main absences in the funeral, while he hasn't been seen in the public eye since he was wounded at the begining of the war.

A senior Iranian official said any deal would require the US to extend the current waiver given the shipping time between Japan and Iran.
Iran is staging a week of mass funeral processions for Khamenei, whose 37-year reign was brought to an end in February by the first airstrike of the war.
"The Israelis are undoubtedly seeking to disrupt the Iran-US MoU," Ghalibaf added, "but the deterrent power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region will prevent them from starting a war again."
