Wine tasting festival to take place next week in Tel-Aviv.

Come enjoy a toast to art as The Israel Museum celebrates its annual four-day Israeli Wine Tasting Festival, taking place next week in the charming Billy Rose sculpture garden. This event has become the leading wine festival in Israel since its inception back in 2003.The NIS 95 entrance fee not only entitles visitors to a wine glass for unlimited tasting from Israel’s best vineyards, but also allows admission to the museum’s galleries, whose opening hours overlap with those of the festival. The opening night will have an entrance fee of NIS 140 as it includes a special concert by the popular Israeli rock group Red Band.The festival features over 60 wineries (some non-kosher) of varying sizes and styles from all over Israel including: Carmel Winery, Yatir, Bravdo, Dalton, Yaffo Winery, Pelter, Golan Heights, Galilee Mountain, Psagot, Agur, Tulip Winery, Tura, Tzora and more.In addition to tasting, visitors will also have the opportunity to stock up on wine for the home, at a special store selling the festival featured wines at a discount.The event will also offer kosher food, including sushi, fish and chips, cheese and focaccia.
