Ten people were injured early Monday morning in a fire in a Rishon Lezion apartment building. Among the casualties was a 30-year-old woman, who was in serious condition after suffering from burns and smoke inhalation, and two children, aged three and eight, who were lightly-to-moderately hurt. The rest of the casualties were in light condition. Firefighters extinguished the blaze, which broke out in a first-floor apartment and spread to the stairwell. Investigators were trying to determine the source of the fire.
