Lawyers for President Moshe Katsav announced Wednesday that they intended to sue "Uvda" host Ilana Dayan, claiming that her television program on the Katsav controversy constituted libel.
The decision was made after the lawyers claimed they noticed multiple factual errors in a prescreening of the show, which they said could gravely harm the president, Israel Radio reported.
