An Acre resident in his 30s was stabbed to death in the city on Saturday night.
The police believe the murder was criminal in nature, apparently the result of a fight between two delinquents.
The murdered man, who was known to police, was mortally wounded and died of his wounds on the way to the hospital.
Acre police were looking for the suspects in the incident.
