"We are following the events in the Gaza Strip with concern," Noam Shalit, father of kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Shalit, said during a Tu Be'Shvat tree-planting ceremony in honor of the kidnapped soldiers.
"We are keeping our fingers on the pulse of what is happening in Gaza, and we are definitely not apathetic," Shalit added.
