Police recommend charging ex-Sderot mayor in election bribery case

Police on Sunday recommended charging former Sderot Mayor Eli Moyal with fraud and breach of trust after concluding that there was sufficient evidence to indict him for suspected election bribery.
Moyal allegedly gave jobs to associates, illegal payments to workers and preferential treatment to contractors for the building of rocket shelters.
