Ra'anana: Woman, 2 girls file police complaint after man exposes himself

A woman and two teenage girls filed complaints with the police in Ra'anana overnight Monday after a 40-year-old man exposed himself to them.
According to a report on Israel Radio, over twenty women have complained about the man in the past 18 months.
The man reportedly dresses in black and rides a gray scooter.
