National Union of Israeli Students head Itay Shonshine rejected an offer by Chairman of the Shochat Committee on Reforms in Higher Education, Avraham Shochat to freeze the cost of tuition for one year.
"Shochat's offer to freeze the tuition rate for the next year is not relevant and does satisfy the demands of the students," Shonshine said. "What's more, the Prime Minister's Office and the Education Ministry have offered more."
