Woman moderately-to-seriously injured in Hebrew U laboratory fire

A 38-year-old woman was moderately-to-seriously injured on Wednesday in a fire that erupted in a Hebrew University laboratory on Jerusalem's Givat Ram campus. An MDA team evacuated the women suffering second-degree burns on her back and face to Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital in the capital. Another lightly injured woman was also taken from the site for further care. Firefighting crews extinguished the blaze. A chemical reaction in the laboratory was considered to have caused the fire.
