More than 30 prominent US Jewish leaders held two days of extensive
meetings with US officials responsible for US foreign policy in the
Middle East ending on Thursday.
The delegation included representatives from Jewish Federations in
Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New Jersey,
New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, South Florida and Washington DC. The
Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA) also participated.
In a series of closed-door, off-the-record meetings, the Jewish leaders
learned details about the steps taken by the Obama Administration over
the last year and a half to enhance Israel’s security, stop Iran’s
nuclear weapons program and combat the deligitimization campaign against

held discussions with key senators and congressmen.
