A Herzliya elementary school student is suing her school, her gym teacher and the Education Ministry for more than NIS 1 million after she was injured in a phys ed class lesson a year ago, reports local.co.il. The girl's lawyers have filed a lawsuit at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, saying that her right hand was severely injured when she fell over while running backwards on the instruction of the sports teacher.
