IDF troops killed a Palestinian gunman during a raid in Jenin on Wednesday, Palestinian security officials said. The officials said Mujahid Akram al-Saba, 27, an Islamic Jihad operative, was fatally shot shortly after IDF troops entered Jenin. The shooting sparked fierce gunbattles, which continued to rage Wednesday afternoon. The IDF had no immediate comment on the incident.
