A suicide bomber killed a US soldier on a foot patrol southwest of Baghdad, the military said Sunday, raising to at least six the number of troops who died the day before. The Task Force Marine soldier was killed Saturday after the patrol approached two suspicious men for questioning near a mosque, and one of the suspects blew himself up, according to a statement. The military did not provide more details, saying the attack was under investigation.
