Palestinian smuggler suffocates in Gaza-Egypt tunnel

A Palestinian suffocated to death in a smuggling tunnel along the Gaza Strip's border with Egypt, a Gaza health official said on Saturday.
Dr. Moaiya Hassanain said that five other people were hospitalized after suffering from a lack of oxygen.
Local residents said that the six were smuggling food on Saturday.
Halting smuggling into Gaza is a key issue in negotiations for a long-term truce between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.
