Former Israeli international soccer star Eyal Berkovic said on Monday that the only mistake of his career was returning to Israel to play for Maccabi Tel Aviv last season.
"I should have listened to the advice of others who told me not to return to Israel…I wasn't respected when I came back to play here," Berkovic told Israel Radio.
