The Iranian women's national rugby sevens team played for the first time in Europe last week, sporting headscarves and full tracksuits to preserve their modesty.

Italy beat Iran 10 -0 in Cortina d'Ampezzo, northern Italy on Friday.

Rugby sevens is now recognized as an Olympic sport and will make its debut in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
