Oz came to live in Hulda in his early youth, never abandoned it, and his last wish was to be buried there.
Amos Oz, who died in December, was to celebrate his 80th birthday at the opening event of the festival in May 2019. Instead, a tribute to Oz was held in his memory.
Three and a half months after author Amos Oz passed away, there is still no tombstone on his grave in the cemetery at Kibbutz Hulda.
There is a great deal of good being done by the university but there is also a lot of bad and ugly which is allowed to take place.
