Rishon Lezion's International Spring Festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary with cultural performances from all over the world.

Rishon Lezion's International Spring Festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a variety of colorful cultural performances from all over the world, including American swing, Argentinean Tango, Estonian vocalists and even the poems of Yehuda Amichai featured in a special musical event. Interesting highlights from among the lineup include: U Theater from Taiwan, performing a mix of theater, percussion and martial arts choreography; Swing De Gitanes, The Israeli Gypsy Jazz Ensemble performing the remarkable and unique sounds of Stephan Grappeli and Django Reinhardt; a gala opera from Kazakhstan featuring four singers and 80 members of the royal symphonic orchestra of Alma Ata; Echoes of Eternity, five a capella singers from Zimbabwe performing spirituals and church music; and the Secrets of Tango with Gustavo Russo, the Baryshnikov of Tango and his Argentinean band.
