World-famous Spanish balladeer Julio Iglesias will be performing a two-night-stand in Tel Aviv, with the first installment coming tonight and the second on Thursday. The "Julio Iglesias in Concert" tour has stopped in ten countries on four continents since January 2009. The tour aims to celebrate Iglesias's romantic ballads that have charmed the world for the past 40 years, making him one of the 10 best-selling artists of all time.
Iglesias, 65, the most popular Latin singer of the 1970's and '80's, has sold over 300 million records in 14 languages around the world. Iglesias last performed in Israel in 1998.
