Yachin, the Israeli food brand by Zanlakol, enters the frozen products segment for the first time, providing availability and convenience with the launch of the "Baribua" series: 2 families of Superfood cubes, garlic, and seasoning herbs. 

The Superfood cube family introduces a new line by bringing new values to the frozen categories in local marketing networks. Now, not only exclusive to high-end stores, spirulina, kale, beet-lycopen, and more cubes can be used in daily recipes. 

On the other hand, the seasoning cube family is presented to consumers in XL cubes, larger than the current industry standard and adapted to the customary use in Israeli kitchens.

The category that is worth 40 million shekels a year

The "BariBoa" series of frozen products by Yachin is the result of consumer research, trends, product development, and collaboration with the local industry, a unique start-up in the Arava region and selected Israeli farmers.

The launch of the "BariBoa" series, Yachin's frozen cubes, is another significant step in implementing Yachin's growth strategy in the healthy world of vegetables and connection to nature, which the brand leads. The Superfood cubes are made from fresh agricultural produce and contain 100% quality ingredients, through a freezing and processing process that preserves nutritional values. All products are sold in packaging that allows for easy and convenient use. 

The frozen vegetable and seasoning products market reached around 40 million shekels in Israel in 2022 based on consumer prices (according to StorNext publications). 

Yachin brand, with the launch of "BariBoa" offers consumers a new value in the category, health value.

The Superfood cube series includes: spirulina (10 cubes tray of 14.5 grams), kale (10 cubes tray of 14.5 grams), beet-lycopen (10 cubes tray of 14.5 grams), turmeric (10 cubes tray of 8 grams), ginger (10 cubes tray of 8 grams).

The seasoning herbs series includes: a square jar of garlic spread containing 200 grams, crushed garlic (10 cubes tray of 8 grams), parsley (10 cubes tray of 8 grams), basil (10 cubes tray of 8 grams), coriander (10 cubes tray of 8 grams), and a new flavor! curry (10 cubes tray of 14.5 grams).

Recommended consumer prices per unit: Herb seasoning cubes series (crushed garlic, parsley, basil, coriander): 9.90 shekels | Ginger cubes and turmeric cubes: 11.90 shekels. Shrimp and crushed garlic cubes in a 200 gram jar: 14.90 shekels | Kale cubes and beet-lakefen cubes: 20 shekels | Spirulina cubes: 40 shekels. Products from the "BariBoa" series are available in marketing chains and sales points nationwide.
