The new campaign features presenters Dvir Bendek and Chen Amsalem showcasing situations unique to Israel.

Recent times underscore the importance of humanity, particularly in service. Israeli consumers prefer humane service alongside advanced technological options. Mizrahi-Tefahot's consistent customer satisfaction reflects an entrenched organizational culture and exceptional strategy, seamlessly blending personal and digital banking channels.

In contrast to other banks closing numerous branches, Mizrahi-Tefahot boasts the widest branch network in Israel today, offering professional human service alongside technological innovation. Customers choose their preferred channel: human banking, digital, or a combination. Mizrahi-Tefahot's Achievements in a New Campaign

The bank's new brand campaign, led by presenters Dvir Bendek and Chen Amsalem, mixes authentic Israeli humor with a crucial message about the quality service it provides. The campaign opens with a revamped musical rendition of the familiar hit "Only in Israel," followed by scenes instantly recognizable to all of us: long lines, talkative taxi drivers, embracing waiters, and more.

The video continues with Dvir Bendek explaining that Mizrahi-Tefahot has set a standard of unparalleled service—a service without competition, emphasized by Chen Amsalem highlighting Mizrahi-Tefahot's triumph in competition. The video concludes with a voiceover celebrating the bank's impressive achievement, securing the top spot in Bank of Israel's service survey for four consecutive years.
