The well-established burger chain, BBB, has decided to shake things up a bit with its old menu and has launched a new menu. In the menu for the year 2024, changes can be seen in all categories, including the addition of new appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and of course, in the burger category. The menu also includes a new and trendy cocktail menu.

In the realm of appetizers and salads, you can find dishes like: a mix of mushrooms in garlic and white wine sauce on top of fresh arugula and grated parmesan (NIS 49), a dish that may not sound very 2024, but pleasantly surprises with interesting flavor combinations; New York brisket salad - smoked brisket grilled on the platter with mixed greens, colorful cherry tomatoes, cucumber, purple and green onions in a mustard and honey vinaigrette (NIS 67), also available in a gluten-free version; Caesar salad - romaine lettuce in Caesar dressing, with purple onions, croutons, and parmesan (NIS 49), the salad can be served with or without grilled chicken strips (additional NIS 16); and Galilean vegetable salad (NIS 61), a salad that doesn't need much elaboration other than it's fresh, rich in vegetables, and always popular among the Israeli audience.

In addition to appetizers, the chain has added new and hot sandwiches to the menu: a corned beef sandwich served on toasted pita with the chain's secret sauce, mustard aioli, arugula, purple onions, and roasted corned beef on the platter (NIS 79) and a chicken breast rap with spices (NIS 72).

And since we're still in the burger chain, two new burgers have also been added: the Shimeji Burger - a beef burger with shimeji mushrooms, parsley, garlic, and parmesan served with mustard aioli, iceberg lettuce, pickled cucumber, and purple onions; and the "Corrupted" Burger - two patties with cheddar, gouda, smoked corned beef with a fried egg on top, with the chain's secret sauce, iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumber, and purple onions (the burger can be ordered in a gluten-free version). The burgers are served with special chips. Both are offered at a price of NIS 88. If you're a mushroom lover, the Shimeji Burger is one of the best you'll taste.

Additionally, the chain offers four new cocktails at NIS 42 each, including: TRIP- a tangy, sweet, and intriguing drink, with Aperol, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Falernum, lemon, and pineapple; FLY HIGH- a particularly sophisticated cocktail, with Gordon's London Dry Gin, Aperol, Elderflower, lemon, and cucumber; B MY JASMINR- a sweet cocktail with a surprising touch, BBB's version of the classic known cocktail, with Gordon's London Dry Gin, Campari, hints of lemon and passionflower; and PICK THE PINK - a light and optimistic cocktail containing Gordon's Pink Gin, Fever-Tree Tonic Water, and forest fruits.
