20,000 haredim expected to protest Emmanuel ruling

Some 20,000 haredim are expected to gather in Jerusalem on Thursday to protest against the Tuesday decision to jail haredi parents who refused to send their daughters to the Beit Ya'acov school in Emmanuel, reported Channel Two.
The demonstration is expected to take place around Yirmiyahu Street in Jerusalem.
Police are organizing to handle the protests, according to the report.
