An IDF soldier drowned during a military vacation in an Ashkelon compound frequently used to facilitate IDF troops on Wednesday.
"The circumstances of the incident are under investigation," the IDF said in a statement. "A message was given to his family. The IDF shares in the family's grief and will continue to accompany it."
