Israeli police arrested three residents of Wadi Ara Wednesday night on suspicion of kidnapping a 60-year-old resident of the Palestinian territories while he was in the Rosh Ha'Ain area, Israeli media reported.
Police suspect the kidnapping stemmed from a financial dispute between contractors and the victim.
