A fire broke out near Begin Park west of Jerusalem on Wednesday afternoon, according to Hebrew media.
Six firefighting teams from Beit Shemesh were deployed to put it out, along with other teams from the Jerusalem district.
Four firefighting planes were also deployed to put out the fire.
According to media reports, the fire poses no immediate danger to any private homes or towns.
