Israeli pop star Noa Kirel is expected to participate in a Public Diplomacy campaign explaining the October 7 massacre, the Diaspora Ministry announced on Tuesday.
The ministry said in a statement that the video will be distributed worldwide and aims to illustrate the situation in Israel to the world and acquire international legitimacy.
