Ban Ki-moon says patrons of Syria 'have blood on their hands

United Nations General Secretary Ban Ki-moon told the UN General Assembly Tuesday that Syria is the deadliest conflict facing the world today and is responsible for hundreds of deaths of children.
Ban added that Damascus continues to barrel bomb neighborhoods and that powerful patrons "also have blood on their hands," in a ostensible reproach towards Russia.
