Clinton: No proof Iran's atom program meant to create energy

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said there was no proof that Iran’s nuclear program is geared at manufacturing cheap energy, Israel Radio reported.
Iran denies its nuclear program is intended for military purposes and insists it only wants to lower energy costs.
Iran has been defying Western demands that it make its nuclear program transparent.
