Colombia rebels vow to fight on after leader's death

BOGOTA - Colombia's FARC rebels vowed on Saturday to continue fighting after the death of their leader Alfonso Cano dealt the leftist insurgents their biggest blow yet in the nearly five decade old war.
The FARC also rejected a plea by President Juan Manuel Santo to demobilize, the group said in the statement on Anncol news website, which often carries rebel statements.
