Some 710 new coronavirus cases were reported in Israel on Monday with 2.1% of tests returning positive, according to a Tuesday morning update by the Health Ministry. Of those infected, 322 are in serious condition and 134 are on ventilators. The death toll rose overnight to 2,678.
