Coronavirus in Israel: Over 3,000 test positive, 680 in serious condition

A total of 3,247 Israelis tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, out of 60,230 tests administered, the Health Ministry announced.

There are currently 680 serious patients, with 160 on ventilators.

The number of Israelis who received their third COVID-19 vaccine dose is 2,690,387, with 5,519,095 having had two doses and 6,024,339 having received just one.

The death toll stands at 7,279.
