C'tee fines Likud-Beytenu for anonymous attack ads

Likud-Beytenu must compensate the Bayit Yehudi after paying for anonymous advertisements against the latter party's leader, Naftali Bennett, the Central Election Committee ruled on Wednesday.
Ads featuring the text "Bennett is irresponsible; he supports refusing military orders" and a word bubble coming from Bennett's face, with the quote from a Channel 2 interview last week, "conscientious objection is an integral part of being a soldier," appeared in Ma'ariv, Ha'aretz and Yisrael Hayom on Sunday.
