David Cameron on Libya: 'Time is on our side'

LONDON - Britain can keep up its military intervention in Libya as long as is needed, British Prime Minister David Cameron said on Tuesday, following comments from senior UK military chiefs who have questioned long Britain could sustain its military.
"I'm absolutely confident that we can keep this pressure up, (that) we can maintain this mission for as long as is necessary," Cameron told a news conference.
"Time is on our side, not on Gaddafi's side," he added.
