The head of the Labor Party’s internal court, attorney Amnon Zihroni, decided on Friday to give Labor chairman Ehud Barak and two ministers who seek to replace him until Wednesday to reach a compromise on an agreed date for a key Labor convention that will decide whether to leave Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s coalition and advance the next Labor leadership race. Zihroni will try to mediate between the two sides, and if unsuccessful, he will make his own decision about timing for the convention by the end of next week. The convention date is seen as a deadline for Netanyahu to take steps to bring the Palestinians back to the negotiating table.IDF eliminates Kfarkela Hezbollah company commander
