Foxnews Twitter feed apparently hacked; says Obama dead

Fox News apparently fell victim to hackers early Monday morning who took control of the network's politics Twitter feed announcing multiple times that US President Barack Obama had been shot and killed.

The rogue transmissions began just before 2am Washington D.C. time with a tweet that read "Just regained full access to our Twitter and email. Happy 4th."

Approximately 20 minutes later the Twitter feed said "@BarackObama has just passed. The President is dead. A sad 4th of July, indeed. President Barack Obama is dead."
