German FM Westerwelle set to arrive in Israel

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle and Development Minister Dirk Niebel announced Monday that they will arrive for a three-day visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories on Tuesday.
Westerwelle is slated to meet with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman and opposition leader Tzipi Livni, among others.
He will also sign a cooperation agreement between Germany and Israel with Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar at Yad Vashem.
