Gov't to construct fortified day care centers near Gaza

The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Labor will begin construction of fortified day care centers in communities in the western Negev, the ministry announced on Tuesday.
The ministry will appoint a committee that will carry out the project, and oversee the selection of which communities will receive such structures, and in what capacity.
The local councils that will receive the day care centers include the Eshkol regional councils, Sha'ar Hanegev, and Sdot Hanegev.
The announcement comes in the wake of renewed rocket fire from Gaza on the western Negev, and less than a week after two grad missiles struck Beersheba.
