Herzog: Netanyahu government endangering the basic interests of Israel

Opposition leader Issac Herzog on Tuesday accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government of "endangering the basic interests of Israel."
Speaking at the Sderot Conference, Herzog said that "only a prime minister who lacks confidence needs a Jewish state bill to justify himself. The bill itself is a farce," he said.
He reiterated his calls for Justice Minister Tzipi Livni and Finance Minister Yair Lapid to quit Netanyahu's coalition.
