NEW YORK - Libya will likely have a new government within the next 10 days, Libya's interim prime minister, Mahmoud Jibril, said on Tuesday."I'm not bothered by (the) time ... to bring about national consensus," he said at a meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. "I expect a government to be formed in the next week to 10 days."
