Japan PM urges citizens to conserve power after quake

TOKYO - Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan sent a text message to mobile phones users across the country on Tuesday, asking them to conserve power four days after a massive quake and tsunami took out about a fifth of its nuclear power capacity.
