Kadima files police complaint on haredi vote contractors

The Kadima Party filed a complaint with the state police on Wednesday against two men who media reports have accused of signing up hundreds and possibly thousands of haredim in return for sums of money and other rewards.
The reports said that haredi members who joined were paid on condition that they support leadership candidate Shaul Mofaz and were told that they did not have to vote for Kadima in a general election.
Mofaz has denied any connection to any wrongdoing in Kadima's membership drive.
