Yesh Atid MK Karin Elharar has been appointed as chairman of the Knesset arrangements committee, following President Rivlin's decision to transfer the mandate to form a government to her party's chairman, MK Yair Lapid. Elharar will replace MK Miki Zohar, who headed the committee during Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's mandate.
